CNC Maintenance Technician --- Click to learn more!

Candidates must be able to implement preventative maintenance tasks as well as perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities on CNC Machines as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to service and repair CNC machines and tool operations involving lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.
• Ability to service and troubleshoot PLC equipment.
• Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
• Studies blueprints, sketches, machine parts or specifications to determine type and dimensions of metal stock required.
• Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on metal stock surfaces.
• Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
• Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part from various kinds of metal stock.
• Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
• Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
• Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develops tool designs and conducts tool validation in test environments or field runs.
• May manage the direction, control, and utilization of a "team" in the department.
• Plans, conducts and supervises assignments and is ultimately responsible for meeting objectives of large size projects under minimal supervision.
• Provides technical guidance and support to the department as well as manufacturing, sales, and customers.
• Provides direction and mentoring for less experienced engineering personnel.
• Ensures the implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties and assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Solidworks and AutoCAD experience (Solidworks required, AutoCAD preferred)

Minimum Experience Required:

• 8+ years of engineering experience in a product design environment.
• Prior fishing and / or completion tool design experience preferred.

CNC Lathe Machinists --- Click to learn more!

We are looking for qualified 2nd shift 1st Class CNC Lathe Machinist candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must be able to set-up, operate, edit; prove programs; using Fanuc Controls , G Codes.
• Must be able to read blueprints and programs. • Must have experience with MoriSeikis, Okumas, Pumas, or Doosans.
• Must have experience with threading- ACME, STUB ACME, API. • Must have own tools.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift; 5pm - 5am, Monday-Friday, Saturday are half days.

Pay Range, depending on skill level; $18-28/hr. PLUS 10% shift differential!
