CNC Maintenance Technician --- Click to learn more!

Candidates must be able to implement preventative maintenance tasks as well as perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities on CNC Machines as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to service and repair CNC machines and tool operations involving lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.
• Ability to service and troubleshoot PLC equipment.
• Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
• Studies blueprints, sketches, machine parts or specifications to determine type and dimensions of metal stock required.
• Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on metal stock surfaces.
• Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
• Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part from various kinds of metal stock.
• Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
• Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
• Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Develops tool designs and conducts tool validation in test environments or field runs.
• May manage the direction, control, and utilization of a "team" in the department.

We are looking for qualified 2nd shift 1st Class CNC Lathe Machinist candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must be able to set-up, operate, edit; prove programs; using Fanuc Controls , G Codes.
• Must be able to read blueprints and programs. • Must have experience with MoriSeikis, Okumas, Pumas, or Doosans.
• Must have experience with threading- ACME, STUB ACME, API. • Must have own tools.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift; 5pm - 5am, Monday-Friday, Saturday are half days.

Position Summary The "Cost Accounting Supervisor" is primarily responsible for providing direction and training of the accounting department personnel who create and maintain financial records and. prepare financial reports. This position is also responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing annual budgets, and for identifying and keeping record of company owned or leased equipment, buildings and other property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and five to seven years of prior experience in Cost Accounting and General Accounting with specific experience in the preparation and recording of inventory transactions, the preparation of financial reports and conducting financial analysis is required.
• Designation as a Certified Management Accountant would be desirable.

Minimum Experience and Special Skills Required:

• Ability to oversee the accounting for inventory activities, including work order maintenance, variance analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Ability to supervise accounting clerks in their performance of receivables, payables and general accounting activities.
• Knowledge of typical ERP system capabilities, inputs and outputs.
