The Milling Department includes both manual mills and computer-controlled mills. We also retain a large inventory of tooling and fixtures for custom machining needs. Manual machines are capable of three-axis movement with indexing heads.

Computer-controlled machines are capable of four-axis movement with computer controlled rotary heads. All of the programming for computer controlled machines is completed in-house, utilizing G-Zero software, through a network used by our specialized staff. This department is also capable of handling any job — from a research and development project to a large quantity production order.

CNC 4th Axis & Manual Milling Capacities:

• 1/2" to 24" diameter
• 4th axis milling from 6" diameter x 16' length
• 4th axis milling up to 24" diameter x 6' length
• Table milling with a maximum table capacity of 4,200 lbs
