The Milling Department includes both manual mills and computer controlled mills. We also retain a large inventory of tooling and fixtures for custom machining needs. Manual machines are capable of three-axis movement with indexing heads.

Computer controlled machines are capable of four axis movement with computer controlled rotary heads. All of the programming for computer controlled machines is completed in-house, utilizing G-Zero software, through a network used by our specialized staff. This department is also capable of handling any job — from a research and development project to a large quantity production order.
