The Shaper Department consists of five horizontal shapers with stroke lengths up to 28". All our shaper machines are equipped with indexing heads giving us the ability to machine single internal slots to complex spline patterns and dovetail grooves. All the tooling for our shapers are custom designed and produced in our tool and die department.

The Weld Department is well staffed with certified welders. They can perform stick, short arc, tig welding, and silver soldering we are also capable of plasma cutting. All welding is done within a controlled environment according to customer and industry specifications .

By utilizing a host of Other Equipment, we can handle jobs from the sawing of raw material to delivery of finished products.
